In addition to many other things, the maternity gymnastics is an important part of the preparation for childbirth. We can continue the gymnastics from week 12 to the end of pregnancy. During pregnancy, the female body undergoes very big changes, so it is important to maintain physical performance and mental balance with the help of gymnastics.
What's happening at the mother's tournament? One of the most important things is to bring a little movement into our lives during pregnancy, so unwanted and unpleasant symptoms can be reduced and eliminated.
There are no jumping moves in the maternity tournament with great effort. Here we strive for a calm environment and a slow exercise with slow movements throughout the body, which strengthens and stretches the muscles most used. The gymnastics is an important part of the training of the dam muscle, as well as regular exercise. Perhaps one of the most important points of the pregnant tournament is the acquisition of special breathing techniques, which facilitates the period of labor and childbirth, but we will also relax - even with the help of essential oils - by mobilizing, strengthening and drawing a strengthening card.
I keep the tournament in small group form (up to 4 people) due to the local conditions and the design of the intimate environment.
Dates: Mondays at 10:30 and Thursdays: 9:00 a.m.
Price: 5000 HUF / occasion or 22.500 HUF/ 5 suitable season tickets, 45,000 HUF/ 10 suitable season tickets.
